BEHAVIORAL ASSESSMENT
Computers have manuals -- Why not people?  People are unique and must be managed, coached and supported in a way that capitalizes on their uniqueness.  The Managing For Success Employee-Manager assessment from TTI Performance Systems is designed to assess an  individual's strengths and possible limitations, and to assist coaches, managers and supervisors in developing an Action Plan for increasing productivity and overall organizational effectiveness.  Based on the individual's responses to the DISC -based Style Analysis Instrument, a personalized computer-generated report details:
            * General characteristics
            * Value to the organization
            * Checklist for communicating
            * Don't on Communicating
            * Ideal environment
            * Perceptions
            * Motivated style
            * Keys to motivating
            * Keys to managing
            * Action plan

Open the door for effective interpersonal communications between executives, managers and workers or members of a team.  An understanding of individual work styles can assist employees at all levels in working more productively together, and will revitalize the individual and the team.

VALUES ASSESSMENT
What is it that causes you to move into action?  What are the drivers of your behavior?  What activities, careers and conversations inspire your to want to become involved?  The Personal Interests, Attitudes and Values Assessment from TTI Performance Systems measures the WHY of your actions, leading to an understanding of what drives your behavior and the attitudes that move you into action.  These values are a window through which we view the world and seek fulfillment in our lives.  If we are participating in a discussion, activity or career that is in line with our attitudes, we will values the experience.  Conversely, if we are in a conversation, activity or career that is against our dominant values, we will be indifferent or even negative toward the experience, possibly causing stress.  The report measures your responses in each of six values:
            * Theoretical: A passion to discover, systematize and analyze; a search for knowledge.
            * Utilitarian: A passion to gain return on investment of time, resources and money.
            * Aesthetic: A passion to experience the impressions of the world and achieve form and harmony in life.
            * Social: A passion to eliminate hate and conflict in the world and to assist others in becoming all they can be.
            * Individualistic: A passion to achieve position and to use that position to affect and influence others.
            * Traditional: A passion to seek out and pursue the higher meaning in life and achieve a system for living.

The Personal Interests, Attitudes and Values Assessment allows you to take control of your decisions, your life and your valuing of life.  You will:
            * Know the WHY of your actions.  Make career choices that will increase your job satisfaction.
            * Understand the causes of conflict.
            * Develop an increased appreciation for the uniqueness of others.
            * Appreciate the viewpoint of others who see life differently. 
            * Increase your "valuing" of life.
            * Increase your satisfaction and fulfillment in life.

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE ASSESSMENTS
Emotional Intelligence is the capacity for recognizing our own feelings and those of others, for motivating ourselves, and for managing emotions well in ourselves and in our relationships.  An emotional competence is a learned capability based on emotional intelligence that contributes to effective performance at work.
